The Tigers added a single run in the sixth, thanks to a solo home run off the bat of sophomore DH Ryan Mota (Fontana - Kaiser HS '14), his eighth round tripper of the season. RCC put the game out of reach with a five-run eighth explosion. He scattered five hits and one walk, while striking out three to improve to 6-1. Acosta induced 18 ground ball outs (two double plays) to aid his cause.
