Bio

Rachelle began working at Riverside City College as the Cheer and Dance Director in 2007.

Fawcett has led the Tigers to back-to-back national championships after winning the program's first-ever title in 2023 and grabbing a consecutive championship in 2024. The All-Girl team captured the Collegiate Championship title in the Two-Year College Advanced Division in 2026. 

Fawcett holds a degree from the University of Utah, where she attended on a baton twirling scholarship. She is an accomplished athlete, performer, and coach. Her accomplishments span Cheer, Dance, and Baton Twirling. Her talents have taken her all over the world performing and entertaining audiences in Japan, Peru, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland and much of the United States.

During her performing years, Fawcett performed in numerous television commercials and the major motion picture "Hero". She staffed and judged for several spirit organizations. 

Fawcett is AACCA safety certified. Currently, she has students attending several universities around the country on athletic/performance scholarships.
