Tigers Nab SCFA Offensive Players of the Week
After helping Riverside City College set a program-record of 819 total offensive yards in a 62-49 victory over Palomar College on Saturday, the trio of Bryan Wilson, Dominic Cox and Kayvion Sibley were named Co-Offensive Players of the Week by the Southern California Football Association.
Wilson went 27-for-37 at quarterback for the Tigers, throwing five touchdown passes and accumulating 412 yards. The freshman also ran in a touchdown and had 57 rushing yards.
Cox had 14 catches at wide receiver for Riverside, amassing 232 yards, and scored four touchdowns in the game.
Sibley picked up 204 rushing yards on 14 carries and ran in two touchdowns for the Tigers.
No. 16-ranked RCC has a bye week this week before taking on Chaffey College next Thursday night.
