Riverside City College dropped a nail-biter Tuesday night, falling 61-59 at Irvine Valley College.
The Tigers drop to 15-10 on the year and 7-4 in the Orange Empire Conference, while the Lasers improve to 14-11 overall and 4-7 in conference.
Tylon Williams (5-for-7) and Jabari Harris (5-for-9) led the Tigers with 16 points each on the night. Jayden Harper grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.
It came down to the final seconds, but IVC managed to get a buzzer-beating shot to fall to take the close victory.
RCC looks to bounce back on Thursday, taking on Santa Ana College on the road at 5 p.m.
