Riverside City College finished as the No. 17-ranked team in the final CCCBCA Home Run 30 Rankings.
The Tigers ended the season with a 29-13 record, making the 3C2A regional round for the 10th consecutive year.
In the always tough Orange Empire Conference, the Tigers stayed near the top, finishing in with a 15-6 conference mark. Riverside won all but two series throughout the regular season and finished in second under eventual state champions Santa Ana College.
Earlier in the year, RCC set a new record for most runs in a single inning after the Tiger offense exploded for 21 runs in the first inning against Barstow on Feb. 25. The Tigers eventually won 29-1.
Head coach Rudy Arguelles remains perfect in postseason appearances as head coach, as he has led his club to the playoffs in all nine years at the helm. Arguelles will enter the 2027 season on milestone watch as he nears the 300-win mark. He and the Tigers currently boast an overall record of 282-135 heading into the 2027 season.
