Riverside Finishes First Day of 3C2A Championship Meet

Results Preview

Riverside City College had a strong showing on the first day of the 3C2A State Championship Thursday.

The Tigers took 13th in the 400-yard medley relay as Nicole Robertson, Kaia Boone, Isadora Taylor, and Samantha Thomas teamed up to finish in 4:16.80. Riverside also grabbed 13th place in the 200-yard freestyle relay (Savanna Ettinger, Boone, Michelle Manookian, Thomas) with a time of 1:43.31.

Individually, Robertson finished the 200-yard individual medley in 2:21.16.

The Tigers continue the three-day championship meet on Friday, back at Santa Rosa Junior College.
