Tigers Take Second at SoCal Preview

Results

Riverside City College took second at the SoCal Preview Meet, hosted by Chaffey College, after posting a team score of 148 points – just eight points off first place.

Nadia Munoz led the Tigers with a fourth-place finish, clocking in at six minutes, 18.9 seconds. Celeste Mendoza came in second for RCC, finishing in 6:54.0, while Citlaly Ruiz posted a time of 7:04.4 as the Tigers' third finisher.

Jaiden Kelly (7:20.2) and Audianna Salgado (7:38.6) rounded out the top five for Riverside.

The Tigers return to Chaffey on Nov. 8 for the SoCal Championship but head to the Manny Bautista Invitational next. RCC races at 10 a.m. on Oct. 11 at the Naval Training Center Park, Liberty Station.
