Riverside City College battled but couldn't overcome Saddleback College Wednesday night, falling 3-0 (25-17, 25-19, 25-16).
The Tigers slip to 5-16 overall and 3-7 in the Orange Empire Conference, while the Bobcats improve to 12-4 on the year, 8-2 in conference.
Riley Rush proved to be a double threat for the Tigers, finishing with six kills and 21 assists. Natalia Arvizu led Riverside with eight kills, while Savannah Smith added five kills in the match.
RCC hits the road Friday for a 6 p.m. match at Irvine Valley College.
