Four Tigers Earn All-OEC Honors

Riverside City College saw four Tigers pick up All-Orange Empire Conference honors following the conclusion of the season.

Yanti Quijada led the group with a first-team selection, while Luke Bills picked up second-team honors. Davis DeAnda and Adrian Thompson rounded out the quartet with Honorable Mention recognition.

Quijada finished the year with 67 goals, including eight goals in one game. The sophomore also had 27 assists, 68 steals and 23 ejections drawn on the year.

Bills led the Tigers in scoring, posting 102 goals on the year. The sophomore also added 47 assists, 40 steals, 21 blocks, and 34 ejections drawn.

DeAnda finished with 16 goals, 26 assists, 45 steals, and two drawn ejections.

Thompson helped hold down the cage for the Tigers and finished with 118 saves on the year. The sophomore also had 20 steals and even scored once.
