In a back-and-forth game Tuesday night, Riverside City College overcame a double-digit point deficit but couldn't hold on in a 51-46 loss to the College of the Canyons.
The Tigers drop to 3-5 on the year, while the Cougars improve to 3-3 overall.
Kylah Guillory led RCC with 11 points (4-for-11), while also grabbing six rebounds and six steals. Alexa Moreno (3-for-10) and Brianna Ruelas (2-for-15) added seven points.
Salote Patetefa led the Tigers' rebounding efforts with eight boards, while Moreno chipped in seven rebounds.
Riverside hits the road to take on West LA on Thursday, tipping off at 6 p.m.
