Riverside City College battled but came up short in a 4-2 loss to Fullerton College.
The Tigers slip to 9-27 overall and 4-14 in the Orange Empire Conference, while the Hornets improve to 23-13 on the year and 12-6 in conference.
Madyson Aguilera went 2-for-4 with a home run, while Karly Romero also finished 2-for-4.
Fullerton struck first with a run in the top of the first, but RCC answered right back with Aguilera's two-run homer in the bottom half of the inning.
It was all the Tigers could put on the board, however, as Fullerton took the lead in the fifth and sealed the 4-2 victory in the seventh.
Riverside closes out its home schedule Tuesday night, hosting the Hornets at 6 p.m.
